Location: Quiet and scenic retreat situated in Katomeri

in the North of the Meganisi. 20 minutes walk to the nearest beach,

2 minutes walk to tavernas.

The complex is in Meganisi, Lefkas and lays just 5 minutes walking distance of the main village of Spartochori.

Each villa has private pool, a big garden (with barbeque) and the interior of the houses include a very high level of quality of construction.

What makes the villas so individual is the fact that they are all  traditional.

The construction has been based to model that houses used to be built in the past in Lefkas.

Three luxurious villas recently built on peaceful Limonari bay, by the sea where the scenery is of unique natural beauty.

Arenaria, Spartina and Iris are the names of each villa respectively, names which have been lent by plant names of the local flora of Lefkas.

Each villa is autonomous, independent, ground floor and with its own passage way. The villas can be let all year round and can host between 4 to 6 people.

Villa Daphne and Villa Myrto are hilltop villas built in one of the most beautiful locations on the island of Meganisi. Close to the hillside village of Katomeri (fifteen minutes walk) with its numerous tavernas, the villas are close to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Limonari.

With a similar layout and privately separated, the villas are exquisitely furnished and almost unique on the island for their quality. Built on two floors, each villa has a twin bedroom upstairs with en suite shower room opening to a large roof terrace. The spacious ground floor consists of an open plan living area with dining and a well equipped kitchen and also two bedrooms a double and a twin and a separate bathroom. The outside space is spectacular with shaded terraces, a barbeque, spacious pool terraces and an extraordinary never ending view, that comes to life at nightfall.

In the northern part of Meganissi, one can find Mistral apartments. Mistral consists of seven luxurious furnished flats of 30 sqm, fully equipped and perfectly furnished, only 30m from the seashore.

The flats are beautifully designed and decorated in the traditional Greek style and come fully furnished. The views from the large verandas have to be seen to be appreciated.

Our rooms are built beside the sea on a quiet,peaceful and cool part of the island. Close to them there are S.Markets, Taverns as well as Volleyball and Basketball fields.
